Installments are allowed from 100 USD.
I don't work under strict deadlines. If you need your commission delivered by a certain date, please place your order at least 2 months prior to it.
I do not allow full refunds after I've started coloring. If you don’t need a commission anymore and you haven’t paid yet, cancel it as soon as possible to save each other’s time and money.
If you cancel the commission after I've made you a sketch, all following commissions for you will be charged 100% upfront.
If you don't respond or pay within 2 weeks without informing me about the delay beforehand, your commission counts as cancelled, and I reserve the right to use it for my own purposes including commercial ones.
I reserve the right to cancel the commission myself if you're being disrespectful or if your requirements are above my skill. In this case, I'll refund a full amount excluding conversion rates.
You can ask for WIPs during coloring process, but constant asking for updates will not be tolerated.
I reserve the right to publish the commissioned artwork on any online platforms and to stream the artistic process unless paid privacy fee of 50% beforehand.
